Added a salted caramel @perfectbar to my ice cream and I’m never looking back. OMG! It’s so good. Plus, I made this AMAZING no-refined-sugar salted caramel to drizzle on top… I’m done 🤤 You can find these salted caramel @perfectbar’s online for a limited time. Don’t miss them- they’re the best!!!

Ingredients

Salted Caramel Sauce

1/2 cup coconut cream (top solid part from the can of coconut milk)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp butter
vanilla
sea salt

Instructions

In a small sauce pan, heat up coconut cream, maple syrup, coconut oil, butter, a splash of vanilla and a pinch of sea salt flakes.
Once it’s boiling, reduce to a simmer for 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving so it can thicken!
