Ingredients

Taco Meat:

1 lb organic grass fed ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese

For the dip:

2 cans refried beans
Shredded cheese
Sour Cream
Guacamole
Shredded romaine lettuce
Pickled jalapeños
Diced cherry tomatoes
Tortilla chips to serve

Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once it’s hot, add in your ground beef. Break it up with a wooden spoon as it browns. Add taco seasoning according to package.
In a baking dish, layer the beans, cheese, meat, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes and pickled jalapeños. Salt & pepper to taste.
