One of my favorite cocktails of all time is the Farmarita from Flora Farms in Cabo. This magical restaurant is one of my favorite places in the world and I love being able to get a taste of that vacation vibe at home. You would think that a carrot margarita wouldn’t be that exciting, but I promise you it just WORKS. You will be obsessed! Give it a try 🥕

SERVES: 2 servings

Ingredients

4 oz carrot juice
3 oz orange or tangerine juice
1 oz lime juice
3 oz tequila or use water for alcohol free
1/2 oz agave optional
Ice
Salt + lime zest to rim
Carrot and lime wheel to garnish

Instructions

Rim your glasses with lime or agave then salt.
In a shaker, combine ice, juices, tequila and agave.
Shake well for 30 seconds then strain over ice in 2 glasses.
Garnish with a lime wheel and little cute carrot 🥕🍊
