Ingredients

Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip
Salmon chicken would work too!

Instructions

Generously spread the dip on your salmon and bake at 425 degrees for about 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of your salmon filet and your desired fineness.
I threw some broccoli on the pan as well with some onion salt and pepper.
Topped everything with some lemon juice and freshly shaved parm!
