Citrus Avocado Salad

The dinner party salad of my dreams 😍 This Citrus Avocado Salad is not only as delicious as it is beautiful, it’s very simple to throw together and can be prepped ahead of time. It was low key born out of a fridge clean out and what I had on hand (pistachios, citrus and feta cheese are always in stock). Turned out to be a hit and everyone’s favorite part of dinner! I served it with grilled turkey burgers and roasted potatoes for an ideal backyard BBQ. Enjoy!
