My latest hyper fixation snack 🍎🍂 This Caramel Apple Smoothie has all the flavors of fall and it’s much healthier than a big ol’ sticky caramel apple. Not only is it deliciously sweet and creamy, it’s great for your gut!
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 2 dates pitted
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup milk of choice I used almond
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop protein powder optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
