Aperol Spritz

THE official drink of summer. This is truly my favorite daytime cocktail recipe EVER. I started drinking them when I was visiting Italy a few summers ago and I have been hooked ever since. I feel like they have become really popular lately and it’s for a good reason. It is such a simple recipe to make, but WOW. It just hits so good every time.

You can find Aperol at almost any grocery or liquor store. If you have trouble finding it, just ask! My liquor store didn’t have it out, but they had it in the back for some reason. It is about $30 a bottle, but it lasts for a while! Enjoy! xx
