9 Festive Holiday Cocktails

The most requested recipes this holiday season have been cocktails and after the year we’ve had, I don’t blame you. Let’s face it. We are most likely having more than one cocktail this holiday season so we need drinks that taste delicious and festive, but won’t have us feeling like the Grinch the next day. These Festive Cocktails are not only delicious, but they are low in added sugar which is the culprit for hangovers.

1. Spicy Santa Margarita

A festive spicy marg that will warm you right up. How cute are the little frosted cranberries too? I die.

2. The Grinch

This is probably the best drink I’ve ever had and it’s legit healthy. BLESS. I also used @drinkolipop Ginger Lemon flavor instead of Ginger Beer so it has almost no sugar and probiotics. #winning

3. Hot Toddy

This drink honestly cures the common cold (in a study done by me). It is my favorite rainy day drink and there’s something about the warm bourbon that just goes straight to your head. Be careful with these, but they are delish!!

4. Maple Old Fashioned

I love this for a night cap after a cozy meal. Bourbon is my favorite winter liquor (and tequila for the summer DUH). Plus they’re just so cute with the little rosemary garnish!!

5. Honeycrisp Apple Moscow Mule

I could literally drink 9 of these no problem. They’re so yummy and have the perfect amount of sweetness from the apple juice.

6. Peppermint Espresso Martini

Like a classic Espresso Martini with a little holiday flair! The best after dinner drink to keep you from falling asleep after your Christmas feast.

7. Pear Smash

Pears are soooo underrated! You can also make this drink with apples, but I love the combo of a juicy smashed pear with a subtle dash of cinnamon. And rum! So damn good.

8. White Russian

Another classic after dinner drink! These White Russians are dairy free so no need to clog your grandmas toilet after you down 3 of these.

9. Champagne Cocktail

These remind me of Christmas morning or New Year’s Day! If you’ve never experienced a Champagne Cocktail, be prepared for your live to be elevated.
