I’m ALL about the Spritzers in the summertime baby! This Berry Citrus Spritz is so delicious with or without your choice of alcohol. There’s tons of juicy berries, fresh mint, and bright citrus from the lemon.

Berry Citrus Spritz

If you want to just enjoy a refreshing mocktail, you can totally skip the alcohol in this. I loved it with a shot of tequila or using Prosecco to top it off. You really can’t go wrong here!

Berry Citrus Spritz

SERVES: 2 drinks

Ingredients

2 lemons
1 cup berries
6 mint leaves
1 tsp stevia or sugar
2/3 cup filtered water
Sparkling water or Lemon Lime Sparkling Ice to top you could also use Prosecco!
Ice
Option to add a shot of tequila vodka or even mixed with white wine or Prosecco

Instructions

Muddle the berries and mint in the bottom of each glass.
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, sugar, liquor of choice (optional), water and add in ice.
Stir it up then top with your bubbly drink of choice.
