Strawberry Aperol Spritz

There’s nothing I love more than a spritz in the summer!!! Adding a super simple strawberry purée to the classic Aperol Spritz really takes it to another level. Plus it makes this summertime staple even more summery, which I didn’t think was possible. You won’t want to sip any other spritz again! 🍓

Ingredients

For 1 drink:

2 oz Aperol
3 oz chilled Prosecco
2 oz strawberry purée
Sparkling water to top it off
Ice

Instructions

To make the strawberry purée, just blend 1 cup of strawberries with 1/2 cup water. That’s it. No straining necessary! I also froze some strawberries in my ice cubes for a cute little touch!
Add ice to a large wine glass. Pour in Aperol, Prosecco, strawberry purée and top with sparkling water.
Stir then enjoy!
